a) Project cancellation: If the Client decides to cancel the project before significant progress is made, a refund may be granted. The refund amount will be determined based on the number of hours spent on the project and any non-recoverable costs incurred by the Agency.

b) Failure to deliver services: If the Agency fails to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties, a refund may be provided based on the remaining scope of work and any non-recoverable costs incurred by the Agency.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

2.1 We do not offer refunds if the project is canceled by the Client after significant progress has been made or if the Client changes their requirements, resulting in a substantial deviation from the initial project scope.

2.2 No refunds will be provided if the Client is dissatisfied with the website design or development work after project completion, as long as the Agency has delivered the services as outlined in the project agreement and adhered to industry standards.

3.1 To request a refund, the Client must submit a written refund request to the Agency, including the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.

3.2 The Agency will review the refund request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Additional information or clarification may be requested during the review process.

3.3 If the refund request is approved, the Agency will determine the refund amount based on the specific circumstances and factors mentioned in Section 1.

3.4 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approval of the refund request, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
